Both fit: May and June mornings often start under a marine layer, and July through September is hot and dry. The city, incorporated in 1989, is known for Old Town and for the wine country just to its east. At about 17 miles from our Menifee shop as the crow flies, Temecula is the farthest town on our list, so we like to settle the film and the price before you set off. The route is freeway nearly all the way: I-15 north to the split with I-215 near the Murrieta line, then I-215 north to the Ethanac Road exit.

I recently took my new Ford Maverick in for window tinting and had an incredible experience. The owner really took the time to explain the technical differences between the various grades of film. What really sold me was the heat lamp demonstration—he showed the actual UV protection and heat rejection of each grade in real-time. We were originally planning on a lower-grade tint, but seeing that demo made it a no-brainer to opt for the higher-grade protection. The installation is flawless, the truck looks awesome, and it is already making a huge difference in the heat. If you want a pro who actually educates his customers, this is the place!
Went in for a windshield repair for a significant rock strike that immediately spiderwebbed to an inch across, that was in a difficult area towards the corner of my windshield. What I admired most was the 100% honest disclaimer this would not likely be a full repair but a repair meant to stop further progression. I have had many rock strikes and windshield replacements over the years and I knew a full repair was unlikely. The repair was done quickly and at a very fair price. The repair was much more complete than I expected. Highly recommended and will return.

The rear side windows can be any shade, and so can the back window if the car has outside mirrors on both sides. The front side windows take clear, colorless UV film, which still blocks UV and turns away heat. On the windshield, only a strip across the top is allowed, its bottom edge at least 29 inches above the driver’s seat, and it can’t be red or amber. Medical exemptions exist; the details are on our tint-law page.
The Union film we fit comes with a lifetime warranty on the film, on the manufacturer’s terms. We’ll go over what it covers when you pick up your car, along with the aftercare: clean tinted glass with a soft, non-abrasive cloth and skip ammonia-based cleaners.
