Commercial window film
How we tint business windows in Menifee
Big windows are great for light and curb appeal — until the afternoon sun turns the front desk into a hot spot and the blinds stay shut. Tint Monsters installs Union window film for offices, medical and professional offices, retail stores, salons, restaurants, gyms and multi-tenant buildings. The right film cuts heat and glare, helps block the UV that fades stock and furnishings, and can add privacy or security.
Every building is different, so we start with your glass, which way it faces and how each space is used, then recommend film for the areas that need it — not one film for every pane. Shades, colors and finishes can be matched to the outside of the building. Film is installed on site, usually on the inside of the glass, and we plan the work with you so the business keeps running.

What it fixes
Why tint your business windows?
From one hot storefront to a whole office, here’s what commercial film can take care of.

Heat & energy
Solar control film cuts the heat coming through sunny glass, so desks by the windows stay comfortable and the air conditioning carries less load. Energy savings depend on the film, the glass, sun exposure and your HVAC, so we won’t promise a figure.

Glare on screens
When staff turn monitors away or close the blinds to dodge the sun, glare-control film lets you use the windows again: less glare on screens and work surfaces, with daylight and the view kept.

Privacy
Reflective film gives conference rooms and street-level offices daytime privacy; it works when it’s brighter outside than in, and reverses at night with the lights on. Frosted film gives privacy around the clock while still letting light through.

Security & safety
Safety film helps hold broken glass together so shards don’t fly after an impact. Security film is made to slow a break-in through treated glass. Neither makes glass unbreakable, but both add a layer of protection alongside cameras, locks and alarms.

Anti-graffiti film
A clear, replaceable film for storefront glass that takes scratches and tagging instead of the window. When it’s damaged, the film is peeled off and replaced, often instead of replacing the glass, and the storefront looks new again.

UV & fade protection
Help protect merchandise, furniture, flooring and finishes from fading. Clear, near-invisible films with strong UV protection keep display windows bright. Fading also comes from heat and visible light, so no film stops it completely — but it slows it down.

What our customers say
They did a awesome job, i got heat prevention all around, and all my windows tinted. Yes also the windshield. The guy was real friendly, i didnt have a ride back to the house and i didnt want to uber home, so i came prepared to wait the whole 3 hours, he kept me uo to date on the eta, and also told me i can relax and watch the tv if i wanted. I had my switch, so i just played smash bros while i waited and walked to the gas station near by.
I recently took my new Ford Maverick in for window tinting and had an incredible experience. The owner really took the time to explain the technical differences between the various grades of film. What really sold me was the heat lamp demonstration—he showed the actual UV protection and heat rejection of each grade in real-time. We were originally planning on a lower-grade tint, but seeing that demo made it a no-brainer to opt for the higher-grade protection. The installation is flawless, the truck looks awesome, and it is already making a huge difference in the heat. If you want a pro who actually educates his customers, this is the place!
Went in for a windshield repair for a significant rock strike that immediately spiderwebbed to an inch across, that was in a difficult area towards the corner of my windshield. What I admired most was the 100% honest disclaimer this would not likely be a full repair but a repair meant to stop further progression. I have had many rock strikes and windshield replacements over the years and I knew a full repair was unlikely. The repair was done quickly and at a very fair price. The repair was much more complete than I expected. Highly recommended and will return.
Adriana at tint monsters was absolutely amazing! She was quick, professional, and incredibly polite throughout the whole experience. Everything was smooth from start to finish, and her work speaks for itself. On top of that, she has such a great, friendly vibe definitely made the visit even better. Highly recommend Adriana and Tiny Monsters to anyone looking for top-quality service!
It can. Reflective films reduce the view in during the day while you still see out, though that reverses at night with the lights on. Frosted and decorative films hide the view day and night and still let light through. We’ll recommend the right film for each area, from the street front to the conference room.
Only as much as you want. Many solar control films keep the view while cutting glare, and some are close to invisible from outside. Darker and reflective films change the look more, and frosted film hides the view on purpose. Shades and colors can be matched to the building, and film is a cost-effective way to refresh older glass.
It can reduce the heat coming through the glass, which lowers the load on your air conditioning. Savings depend on the film, the glass, sun exposure, the climate, your current energy costs and how efficient your systems are, so a specific figure isn’t something we’ll promise.
It slows it. Fading comes from UV, heat and visible light, and the right film reduces all three. Clear films with strong UV protection keep displays bright while protecting them. No window film can stop fading completely, but it helps stock, furniture and finishes last longer.
No. Security film helps hold broken glass together and can delay a break-in through treated glass, which buys time for alarms, cameras and a response. It’s one layer of protection, not a promise that nobody can get in. Safety film works the same way to keep shards from flying after an impact.
We talk through your goals and check the glass first. On install day we protect the area around the windows, clean each pane and apply the film — usually on the inside of the glass — with a mild water-based solution, then squeegee and trim it. We plan the work with you so the business can keep running.
Once the film has cured, use a soft, non-abrasive cloth and a glass cleaner without ammonia. Avoid razor blades and scrapers, which can damage the film. If a cleaning company looks after your windows, let them know the film is there so they use the right tools.
Yes. Union’s lifetime warranty covers the window film we install against film defects such as bubbling, peeling, cracking and fading, under the manufacturer’s terms. It doesn’t cover scratches, damage or misuse. If something looks wrong once the film has cured, get in touch and we’ll take a look.
